Fit Carpet to Hall & Stairs, New Malden

Detailed DescriptionI am looking to purchase a carpet this weekend for my hall & stairs. I do not wish to pay a lot for the carpet as we wish to sell the house shortly. The measurements are as follows:
Hall - 20ft 8 inch x 5 ft 2 1/2 inches at the widest point.
Stairs (1) - 8 stairs at 8 1/2 inch high x 2ft 8 1/2 inches wide x 9 inches. There are also 4 stairs which go round corner 1 x 13 1/4, 1 x 17 1/4, 1 x 17 1/2 & 1 x 14 1/4.
Landing - 7ft 7 inch x 6ft wide.
Stairs (2) - 9 stairs at 8 1/2 inches high x 2ft 3/4 inches wide x 9 1/2. There are also 3 stairs which turn the corner 1 x 16 3/4, 1 x 13inches x 1 ft, 1 x 17 1/4 inches.
Top landing is 5ft 71/4 inches x 2ft 10inches.

Depending on cost I may also have bathroom fitted which is 7ft 7 x 5ft 9 3/4.

I am trying to purchase carpet which does not underlay but I do not have any other fixings i.e. grippers. There are also 6 doorways only one does not have door strip.
