Bathroom Sinks

Pedestal, vanity, wall-hung, cloakroom or en-suite, there are many different types and sizes of bathroom sinks to choose from.  Whether you are just looking for something functional, a really modern look or a more classic and stylish approach, there are dozens of shapes and sizes to choose from, so you should find what you are looking for.

sinks

It’s all a matter of taste, since any sink essentially provides the same service; but choosing the most appropriate for your bathroom requires a bit of thought before you start.

So before you set your heart on a particular design, think about the size of the room, who uses it, how often, is it just to wash your hands or is it for all the family to use?  Do you want to disguise all the plumbing, incorporate some handy storage space or are you looking for something a bit different?

Sink Types

pedestal sinks
Pedestal Sinks
Pedestal sinks are probably the most frequently found type of sink in bathrooms across the UK. Click pedestal sinks for more information.

vanity sinks
Vanity Sinks
A vanity sink, depending on the style, will either be semi-recessed on a slim vanity unit, where the bowl overhangs the unit at the front, or may cover an open-top unit completely.  Click vanity sinks for more information.

wall hung sinks
Wall Hung Sinks
A wall hung sink is where the basin and pedestal are fixed to the wall but do not touch the floor. Click wall hung sinks for more information.

cloakroom sinks
Cloakroom Sinks
Small enough to fit in a tight space but still gives you enough room to wash your hands comfortably.  Click cloakroom sinks for more information.

en-suite sinks
En-suite Sinks
This is divided into two sections; baby, this sink will fit into a right angled corner. Inset, this is where the sink is recessed into or set onto a worktop surface.  Click en-suite sinks for more information.
